Who We Are
....Loving our Neighbor as ourselves. In the Gospel of Mark
12: 29-31 Jesus summarized all scripture with two commandments. Love God. Love
your neighbor. The story of the Good Samaritan in the Gospel of Luke Chapter 10
is a tale of who our neighbors are and how to love them.
We have accepted our call to care for those in greatest need, to welcome
everyone who comes among us, to worship with each other and to enjoy each
others’ company.
The Episcopal Church of which we are a part believes that Jesus is the Christ,
the only Son of the living God who created all things. His birth, life, death,
Resurrection and coming in again in glory is what saves us and all humanity from
our own folly and willfulness.
We live in joy in the knowledge that God loves each of us. We endeavor to love
each other and all of God’s creation.
Vision Statement: We are a group of Christians
attempting to discern God’s will and carry out God’s work in our neighborhood
and the world through prayer, worship, and service.
Mission Statement: Our goal is to establish an
active Episcopal presence reflecting the love of God in Clermont County.
We will love and support one another and share our spiritual, financial, and
experiential resources with others.
